Rosie and Bret, Central Park engagement shoot

Bret met Rosie when he interviewed her for a job. Although they sat just about three feet away from each other at work, they didn’t start dating until she started working for a different company. One of their favorite moments was revealing to their shocked work friends that they were dating and they were even more excited when they found out that Bret proposed to Rosie! Rosie grew up on the Upper West Side and because she loved it so much they decide to move there together. Over the years Bret and Rosie have shared many memorable and special times together in their beloved neighborhood. Their engagement shoot followed their life on the Upper West Side. We hit up some of their favorite spots

Ken and Jin, Dumbo Engagement shoot

Ken met Jin met each other while working together in Singapore and soon their friendship blossomed into full blown romance! They both moved to the US to pursue their respective PhD careers. Moving to America meant sacrificing a lot. Jin took a spot in Boston while Ken moved to NYC. One of their favorite places to meet during their long distance relationship is the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

Neil and April, Central Park Proposal

Neil and April flew in from Aberdeen, Scotland to celebrate April's birthday in NYC...but all the time he was planning on proposing to her. On one of their previous visits to their favorite city April fell in love with Central Park and Neil knew that this was the place he was going to ask her to marry him. It rained...and rained but he still went with his plan, which made it all the more special and unique. Congrats guys, you look so good together!!

Audrey and Karson, Central Park engagement shoot

Audrey and Karson planned their spring engagement shoot to include the beautiful cherry blossoms in NYC. They also brought along their little dog for the shoot, and boy what he poser he was!! Audrey and Karson used to live in this building with breathtaking views of Manhattan, so we headed over there to document some of their favorite time living in the city. Congratulations on your engagement guys and I am sure the wedding in Taiwan is going to be epic!

Chantelle and Eric's City Hall Wedding

Chantelle and Eric planned an intimate wedding in NYC after not even revealing to their friends and family that they have been engaged for a while now, let alone getting married! In fact the day after their court wedding they had a honeymoon planned to Aruba and the entire family was expecting Eric to propose then! I cannot wait to hear their reaction when they find out that C and E are actually married, especially on April Fool's Day!! A few days before their wedding they adopted Meow Meow, a beautiful golden eyed fur ball who was abandoned at a restaurant in NYC. So as to include this gorgeous new family member in their wedding festivities, we started shooting photos of them getting ready

Prashanth and Pavitra's Petra Engagement shoot

This is officially my very first blog post and I have been running my business for 5 years now! It has taken me 5 years to get into blogging. There are several reasons it has taken so long, but this portrait session was a huge game changer. I wanted to document it forever, so its internet shelf life is eternal. Prashanth and Pavitra are really close to my heart and when they asked me to take their portraits in Jordan and document their travel journal it was a real honor. The business and buzz of Jordan was so apparent the minute we landed, and capturing the layers of stories and visuals was a real challenge. Plus throw in a good measure of color overdose, livestock and these two amazing pers
